Specialty Coffee

Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer and exporter.

According to the Sensory Evaluation Methodology of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), used worldwide, Specialty Coffee is anyone who reaches at least 80 points on the methodology's scoring scale, which goes up to 100 points.

DuCenter has a partnership in Brazil with small and medium farms producing high quality specialty coffees.

Most of these farms are located in the South of Minas, Mantiqueira de Minas, Alta Mogiana, Cerrado Mineiro, Ourinhos, Avaré and the Espírito Santo Mountains.

Ducenter's job is to ensure a safe export of specialty coffees produced by small and medium producers directly to buyers in the international market.

All purchase and sale negotiations are made through Ducenter, in London, to reduce risks and provide greater confidence in the relationship between producer and buyer, with transparency, traceability, and quality certifications within the international sustainability concept.
